TKR SYNDIBASE

As I began to put together the new site, I got to thinking how much of my life has been spent listening to syndicated radio shows. Originally I was going to do a feature called "Sunday Memories" but then I realized how little info there is out there on the hundreds of synidcated music shows there have been. Even the Encyclopedia of American Radio Programs have very little info on these shows. Over the years, I am going to try and rectify this problem.

I will premiere the first edition of the SyndiBase in a few weeks. I am looking to make this an information database on the syndicated shows that will be a sort of IMDB for them - try to get full information on the shows, when they ran, how long they ran, the length of the show, sample playlists, and the like.

I'm hoping other radio fans will help me out with this. If you see a show that you have more info on, or know of a show we haven't added yet, then please drop me a line at thekirkhamreport[at]popcornnroses.com and tell me what you know. Once the info is verified, I'll make sure any and all contributors who provide new info get credited on each entry's listing!
